Tom Merrigan and Andy Pierce are the duo known as The New Rags. Check out the bio page they created. I found it a nice change from the normal biography. :)

The New Rags are billed as the world's only pop-rock-ragtime duo. Their debut EP, "Take Jenny to Brooklyn" features great driving, heavy rock riffs. But guess what? They do it without a guitar. Thats right.
